Kanon loading arms with LNG products are built with stainless steel components for extreme corrosion resistance and durability. Only soft consumables like seals, O-rings, and seats need occasional replacement. Hard components, including valves, ERC housings, and cylinders, are robust, long-lasting, and field-proven.

Kanon sets the benchmark for LNG reliability through advanced simulation and physical testing. From automated QCDC clamping trials to cryogenic cycle testing of our ‘Snap-in-Race’ swivel joints, we validate that every solution meets the highest OCIMF and EN1474 standards.
Our swivel joint integrates high-capacity bearings, designed to handle extreme loads without wear or leakage. Fully tested in accordance with NEN-EN 1474-3:2009 / ISO16904:2016, it ensures safe, reliable operation for hundreds of thousands of cycles, reducing maintenance and inspection needs.
Highly skilled and experienced service engineers are available to service and maintain customers’ equipment. They all have the required knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and electronics. These service engineers each have a fully equipped service van at their disposal, including all necessary tools and spare parts.
Kanon’s inspection program ensures the performance of your equipment and includes preventive maintenance. Regular inspection will result in a lower cost of ownership and also safeguard the operator, the environment as well as your loading equipment. Kanon subsequently issues a dedicated inspection report for each individual loading arm.
